General Welding & Fabricating provides complete AWS-certified welding, fabricating, and finishing on all types of metal materials. With full capabilities for GMAW (Mig), GTAW (Tig) and SMAW (Stick), Flux Core (FCAW), and Mil-Spec Welding, our experience includes welding and fabrication of mild steel, cast iron, aluminum, and stainless steel. We also provide machining, pipe bending, punching, shearing, plasma cutting, angle/pipe/structural steel/plate rolling and also have water jet capabilities. We have an AISC compliant quality program, with in-house engineering and CAD design services available.

General Welding and Fabricating’s 46,000 sq. foot plant with 46′ high ceiling is equipped with four 5 ton and two 10 ton cranes, combined with our mobile welding truck which allows us to take on all types of custom design challenges. From design prototypes to customized enclosures, skids and weldments, we welcome the opportunity to quote any of your fabrication needs.

General Welding provides complete welding processes including Mig (GMAW), Tig (GTAW), Stick (SMAW), Mil-Spec and Flux Core (FCAW) in accordance with AWS, ASME, DOT and MIL-SPEC codes, on mild steel, aluminum or stainless steel. Stud welding of 3/16″ to 1″ studs is also available. Welding services are provided at our manufacturing facilities or at your site through our mobile welding truck.

Mobile Welding:
General Welding can now service all your welding processes at your job site through our state-of-the-art mobile welding truck. Mobile welding offers all welding processes including Mig (GMAW), Tig (GTAW), Stick (SMAW), Plasma Cutting (3/4″) and Hot Metal Powder Spray. Our welders are AWS, ASME, DOT and MIL-SPEC certified. Charged per hour. Call for estimate.

General Welding can weld any custom-designed metal assembly for your needs. Our expertise in all types of welding also enables us to assist you with any design questions.
