What the Role Involves
As a Counter Sales Representative, you’ll be on the front lines of customer service. Your role will be to:
- Greet and assist customers with product questions and technical advice
- Recommend truck equipment, snowplows, and trailers based on customer needs
- Process orders and coordinate with our service team for installations or repairs
- Keep our retail showroom organized and fully stocked
- Provide troubleshooting support for product issues
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and interacting with customers in a team-focused environment.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, candidates should have:
- Experience or knowledge in truck accessories, snowplow systems, and trailers
- Previous sales or customer service experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- A willingness to work Monday–Friday 8AM–5PM and occasional Saturdays 8AM–1PM
